DAN BERGSON
With sad hearts we said goodbye to Dan this past week. Dan was born at St. Anthony's Hospital in The Pas Manitoba. He spent his early years growing up in Minnedosa.
Dan was always a big sports fan, and spent many hours cheering on his teams, coaching from the comfort of his chair while texting his opinions of the play. Dan loved his outdoors activities. He was an avid hunter which we are sure he inherited from his dad. Him, Rob, Dad and Donald were a constant hunting team along with the dogs. Always some big tales to tell after a day hunting.
Dan worked for MTS starting in The Pas when he was a young fellow mowing the office lawn. He didn't know it then but it was a start of a long career with the company.
In 2006 Dan suffered a life changing stroke. He was determined to remain independent and for the most part he did. It wasn't easy for him with his disability but he did the best he could. He had some help from some people which we are very grateful for, Melissa, Mags, Kathy, George and of course his best friend Cam.
Dan will be missed and mourned by his Mom (Ada), Sister Lisa (Judi), and his brother Rob, his best friend Cam, his care givers and his cousins.

Oh Dan! Dano! I am going to miss you terribly. I can’t explain it. My husband asked me last night why I am having the hardest time with this. He said what about it has you so lost. And it’s the fact that I’m never going to see you again. No more coffee no more talks no more listening to all of your mts stories. Nothing. You are just gone and I feel robbed of one of my only friends in Brandon.i wish there was something I could have done.
